Welcome to the Dexter R-XI School District's Bearcat Badging! Faculty and staff members of the Dexter R-XI School District will be able to utilize this website to prepare our students for an ever-changing furture.
This is the District Professional Development Program starting the summer of 2021 and going forward.
NEW Tshirt Announcement
Already at the PRO Tier Status? Badging Special: Earn 20 points next school year and you will receive the NEW Badging tshirt! You may start accumulating points for the new tshirt beginning in May 2026!
How you can earn 20 points (you are already doing most of this):
School Safety Badge 26-27 = 9 points
ALICE Badge 26-27 = 1 point
Dyslexia Badge 26-27 = 2 points
Building Choice Required Badge 26-27 = 1 point (or more)
Teacher Choice 2 Required Badges 26-27 = 2 points (or more)
5 more points using any badges (look for NEW Badges over the summer!)
You need to submit for each badge. Required badges are not automatic, they need to be submitted.

INTRODUCTION TO THE BEARCAT BADING PROGRAM
All employees of the Dexter R-XI School District are expected to participate in Bearcat Badging Program. This is one of many parts of the district's Professional Development Program.
