To enroll in DeWitt Schools, you must reside within
district boundaries or be able to attend
according to board policy.

2. GATHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO UPLOAD TO YOUR REGISTRATION
NOTE: Once registration is submitted, you won't be able to upload additional documentation. Any outstanding items can be provided to the District Registrar via fax, email or in person.
Certificate of Live Birth - Raised seal and/or County Clerk stamp must be evident.
Residency proofs - One proof MUST be a utility bill, property tax document or lease.
Parent/Guardian Identification - Acceptable ID includes drivers license, State ID or passport.
Immunization Record - Must be signed by an immunization provider or local health department not a Patient portal record.
OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE NEEDED:
Custody/Guardianship court document
Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan
Kindergarten/Young 5s/1st graders: Hearing, Vision, Dental assessments
Grades 6-8: Complete the Middle School registration and email to enrollment@dewittschools.net
Grades 9-12: Complete the High School Course Request and email to enrollment@dewittschools.net
Grades 10-12: Transcript from the previous school/s attended
3. ONLINE REGISTRATION TIPS BEFORE YOU BEGIN
View the “How to Register Your Student Online” video.
Upload documents in PDF format if possible. Photos, especially in HEIC format aren't always readable through the online system.
HINT: Using your iPhone Notes, you can scan documents into a PDF. Visit iPhone User Guide for easy directions.
Chrome or Firefox browsers work best.
Jot down your application/confirmation number if you wish to save and complete later.
Utilize NEXT, SAVE/CONTINUE to move through the registration.
Once complete, be sure to click the SUBMIT button. The registration will be reviewed by staff and you'll receive notification of your enrollment status.
Use NEW FAMILY REGISTRATION if you are a new family who
doesn’t already have a student enrolled in DeWitt Public Schools.
Existing DPS family - use your Infinite Campus parent portal
to register a new student.
