About Your Librarians

I am a teacher by heart! I began teaching in 2001 and have been at Dewey Elementary since 2006. I love helping my students learn how to learn and find a love for reading. I get to spend every day doing just that. At the end of the day I go home to my husband Brandon, three sons, and our two dogs. It is a pleasure to serve our Bulldoggers.

I started working at Dewey in 2012.  I love being able to watch the students learn and grow, and help Mrs. Swanson everyday.   At the end of the day I get to go home  to my husband Donnie and 2 of our boys that are still living at home.  Our oldest son is now in Stillwater at OSU.
