Devon's Weed Abatement can be contacted to create defensible space. A defensible space between your home/property from the potential threat of spreading wildfire or neighboring structure fire. 

My Goal:   To have your property be code compliant and meet and exceed regulations. When the project is complete I want the property owner, resident, neighbors, and Fire Protection District to be satisfied with the work done.

I do the work:   Primarly I do the work. A majority of the time a friend that has over fifteen combined years of seasonal weed abatement experience works with me. Or myself, friend with weed abatement experience and a couple day laborers if needed.

Respect the CCCFPD and SRVFPD for there ways.

Pets:   If your a property owner and you have a dog or dogs, or a lot of cats, don't bother contacting me for weed abatement. Myself or anyone that works with me will not do weed abatement in your pets litter box. Whether it be in the backyard, side yard, or front yard. Don't attempt to disrespect me. Obviously, you don't want to be centrifugally flung with your pets crap, neither do I.

Residential & AG Zoned Expertise:   Currently handling properties that are residential along with AG. Under acre, multiple acre, or  over five acres. A different approach is taken pending parcel size and terrain. Slope or flat I have the tools, experience, and drive to get the work done. 

Year-Round Maintenance:   This work is typically seasonal & done between the months of March & July. Or, contact me during the summer to cut any re-growth and summer weeds. Or, contact me at the beginning of winter to cut dying summer weeds.   

Scheduling:   Available for long term, 1-3 hours a day, 1-3 days a week, 1-3 months work to get a over grown property cleaned up.

Risk Prevention:   Hazards that could lead to one's liability or property damage is my responsibility to assess and bring to the property owner's attention. Or, property owner can give me a head's up on what to look out for.  Property damage is preventable. Over the years, experience gained, has made me more observant to where something could go wrong.  Appropriate countermeasures are discussed then introduced. 

Hands On:  I am part of the work crew. A work crew consists of myself primarily.  A friend of mine and day laborers if needed. I do not drop off laborers, tools and a cooler and come back at the end of the day,
