ITINERARY OF KEY DATES AND FINANCING CONDITIONS FOR ESADE  UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

TRAINING

All the SELECTED STUDENTS for the FLY program will receive common training for participation in the volunteer projects. This training is ON-SITE AND COMPULSORY. The program begins with training.

OBJECTIVE: to promote intensive volunteering (national and international) from a perspective of education for development and global citizenship in which reflective and transformative learning is encouraged, open to diversity and committed to an international vision of justice and solidarity.

Book them now in your calendar! Remember that if you are unable to attend, you will not be selected to participate in the program. 

ENROLLMENT PERIOD

January 15 - 

February 19 

To register, a form must be filled out and a letter of motivation must be attached (a model will be provided), as well as a CV with a photo. 

SELECTION DAY

February 24 

All those registered will be summoned on Saturday Fevruary 19th in Barcelona or Sant Cugat Campus, where the interviews and activities that allow us to carry out the selection will take place.

LOCAL TRAINING DAY 

February 24 

This training day will be held on Saturday, February 24 in Barcelona or Sant Cugat, jointly for selected students from the Institut Químic Sarrià and Esade.

COMMUNICATION OF SEAT

March 4-6

All candidates will be informed whether or not they have been selected, as well as the assignment project. Those selected will have 24 hours to confirm their final participation.

GUADALAJARA TRAINING WEEKEND 

March 15-17

This weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday noon) the inter-university training for all selected students from universities in Spain and Portugal will take place in Mohernando (Guadalajara).

CONNECTION WITH ORGANIZATIONS

March 18-22

This week we will plan, as far as possible, the connections with the teams, accompaniers and social organizations responsible for the projects. Dates and days will be informed in advance.

FUNDING

Please read carefully the conditions for financial support and funding for participation in the program. 

1. TRAINING

Esade is responsible for the costs of transportation, maintenance and accommodation derived from the week-long training in Mohernando.

2. TRAVEL TO THE PROJECT

The cost of transportation to and from the project site will be paid by the student.


The purchase will be made as a team, once the definitive dates of arrival and departure of the projects are finalized.

3. PROJECT STAY

Esade students selected for the FLY program must assume the costs of transportation, housing and maintenance generated by the project.

Scholarship students may apply for a scholarship extension to cover the costs of this program.
