Pearson and Billy Bishop Rooms

The Pearson room is one of Destination Toronto's midsized meeting rooms with seating for up to nine (9). Pearson includes a large monitor with built in audio and an HDMI connection on the table.

The Billy Bishop room is slightly smaller than the Pearson Room, with seating for six (6). Billy Bishop includes a large monitor with built in audio and an HDMI connection on the table.

Three Step Setup

1. Turn on the monitor using the remote control

2. Connect your device using the HDMI cable in the table box

3. Start your meeting app

   • Controls for selecting camera, microphone, and audio output for a meeting are found in the video conferencing software (Meet, Teams, Zoom etc.)

Shutting Down and Cleaning Up

1. End your meeting

2. Disconnect the HDMI cable from your device

3. Turn off the A/V system using the remote control

4. Please leave the room as you found it, pushing in chairs, and disposing of garbage and recycling.

   • Please notify the Office Manager if a more than basic clean is required.
