Spanish Club is for students who want to delve deeper into the Spanish language and culture than what is included in the course curriculum.

All NDHS students currently enrolled in Spanish 1, Spanish 2, or Spanish 3 are welcome to join. Membership is also open to current students who completed their foreign language study last year.

Activities vary each year, but here are some things we have done in the past:

• Field trip to see the Hispanic Flamenco Ballet

• Field trip to see a performance of Don Quijote

• Field trip to an exhibit featuring work of Hispanic artists

• Field trip to see the film Coco

• Chips & salsa tasting

• Piñata crafting

• Participation in the school's annual Homecoming and Mardi Gras parades

Membership dues are $15, which covers the cost of our custom-designed Club T-shirt.
