Class overview
Automation and Robotics is a 9-week long interactive hands-on course that provides science, technology, engineering, and math experiences for students. Fundamental science principles of engineering and the design process are introduced through student involvement and use of the VEX Robotics® platform. This unit allows students to trace the history, development, and influence of automation and robotics as they learn about mechanical systems, energy transfer, machine automation, and computer control systems.
