Each teacher aims to instruct in ways designed to encourage students to develop their curiosity about why and how the world around us works. We also strive to enable them to acquire the understanding and skills needed to problem solve and make informed decisions about science and everyday life.
About me (Mrs. McCullough)
My name is Mrs. Kristen McCullough. I have been teaching for 18 years, with 15 of those being in science. My husband's name is Clint and I have 3 daughters. Skylar is 16, and the twins, Landry and Vivi, are 8. This is my 10th year at NDMS. I love to teach and learn, and I believe that each and every student in my class can succeed, with effort. I am looking forward to an awesome year!About me (Dr. Ford)
Hello, my name is Dr. LaShonda Ford, and I have served in education for over 20 years and taught science for 11 out of those 20+. I have two amazing kids Missy and Carlus, and a beautiful black lab/collie mix named OREO. I began my journey as an educator by accident. I was a Biology graduate hoping to be hired as a laboratory scientist. Meanwhile, I began substituting and fell in LOVE with education. This is my 1st year at NDMS and I look forward to this new journey with each of you, exploring your imaginations and investigating what MAKES THE WORLD AROUND US TICK!2573 Hwy 171, P.O. Box 310
