Teacher Advancement System (TAP)
The TAP System for Teacher and Student Advancement is a model system for impacting teacher effectiveness and student achievement growth. DPSB's system for teacher support, evaluation and professional development is built around this system.

EEPASS Website: This site requires a login given by school administrators. It is a resource for educators on TAP processes and best practices. This site also serves at the hub for data used by school leadership teams.

Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS)
The CLASS scoring system is used to evaluate and support teachers in grades PK-K at all Desoto Schools and grade 1 at one of our schools. The dimensions of teaching within this system are also used to support our early childhood educators.
