Steps to Set Up Parent/Teacher Conferences


1)      You will need to individually select each teacher from the list below

2)      Conference times are for 10 minutes. 

3) Click on: Sign Up (green bar) for the time you want on either March 2nd or 7th.

4)      At bottom of page click on: Submit and Sign Up (orange box)

5)       Type in your child’s name in the Comment Box

6)      Complete the parent information section (Name, email, phone)

7)      Select Phone or by Google Meet (virtual) conference choice.

8)      Complete by clicking on: Sign Up Now


·         You will receive an email confirmation of your selection.

·         The teacher will call you on the date/time of your conference or send you a Google Meet invitation in advance.

·         You will need to keep track of the dates/times you picked to conference with teachers so you don’t sign up for multiple teachers on the same date/time.

·         If additional time is needed, please make arrangements with the teacher.
