Each condo is a single story office suite comprised of approximately 1275 sq ft of finished office space that is ready to move in. Condos are either in a 4 or 5 unit building. Each condo unit will have its own separate entrance. Typical unit floor plans include a reception area, four offices, a breakroom/kitchenette and a private restroom. Units have 12 foot ceiling heights, a grand reception with glass walled conference room options. Units can be combined up to the entire building, which is 5100 sq ft.
