From every perspective imaginable, the Palm Desert Aztec senior was born a comedic star and bred for the most unforgettable times. Forget about Comedy Central, nothing can amount to the level of laughter which Nathan is capable of providing. Kevin Hart, Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, and Nathan Summers, think about it. This comparison is not intended to diminish the value of comedic legends but rather to truly illustrate the personality of Nathan Summers, and Kevin Hart would likely agree. Although comedy is Nathan's strong point, it does not capture the entirety of his rather unique character. Fellow students at Palm Desert High were asked what to describe Nathan in just 3 words. Responses varied from person to person, but the most common answers included loving, strong-minded, and teddy bear (teddy bear is Nathan’s nickname). Nathan is known to be the class clown, but many fail to realize that he possesses many other characteristics that prove him to be so multidimensional. On top of his versatility, Nathan never backs down from an insult, but rather uses that insult to create a comedic skit. He turns every situation imaginable into a great time of endless laughs, even if he is the one taking the hit. When asked how he manages to be unphased by negativity, Nathan responded, “I hope to set an example for everyone. I want people to understand that they do not have to succumb to the toxic environment which surrounds them.” He then went on to mention, “The world is in a tough place, no doubt, but we need to stay strong and do our best to make the most of it.” Take it from your fellow peers, Nathan’s presence alone creates a sense of enlightenment.
