Athletes must be cleared before practicing and must show a digital or hard copy of their Q3 and Semester 1 (Q2 for 8th grade) Grade Reports from the 2025-2026 school year.

***If you are a returner, you already have this done - just make sure that your physical is up to date***
From the Athletics Office:
Please remember, the Athletic Clearances must be updated every new school year and the athlete/s must be CLEARED in order to participate in any sport here at SHHS!
The office cannot and will not clear an athlete if they are missing information or have not uploaded all the required documents.
If this is your first time using AthleticClearance.com, you will need to click register and create a username and password. This is what you will use to log in and renew for each sport and year.
★ You will choose the 2026-2027 school year
★ Choose Shadow Hills (CIF-SS) as your school
★ Select the sport you wish to try out for (Traditional Competitive Cheer)
★ Fill out all required information
★ Enter medical history information
★ Upload a copy of your COMPLETED physical
★ Upload a copy of your Insurance Card
★ Upload a copy of your CONFIRMATION page under "ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS"
*All required information and documents must be filled out and uploaded to your account or else you will not be cleared*
