Welcome to Mrs. Arango's site.This site was created so students can use it as a resource for the high school Spanish class. Students should use this site as a reference for any questions they may have about the class.

Bio-Mrs. Arango

Mrs. Vallejo was born in Manizales, Colombia. She matriculated from Universidad de Caldas ( Caldas University) in her hometown. She graduated from Caldas University with a bachelor's degree in Foreign Language Education. Following her passion for teaching languages, Mrs. Arango completed the Single Subject in Spanish teaching credential program at California State University, San Bernardino.

She joined Palm Desert High School for the upcoming 2018-2019 year as a Spanish teacher. Mrs. Arango will strive to help students learn and practice Spanish, the target language, at least 90% of the time in class to help them develop the four language skills, which are listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

On a personal level, Mrs. Arango enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies are reading, working out, dirt biking, hiking, and cooking new recipes.
