Compass theatre acting company

In 1996, the Palm Desert High School theatre department was given the company name Compass Theatre Acting Company. The name originates from Circle Theatre Acting Company (Indio High School) and stands for direction. The founding CTAC director notes that "giving young people direction in a play is important, but direction in life is the real goal". In Compass Love.
