Hello!
My name is Kendall LaPlante and I am incredibly excited to begin this school year at Dover-Eyota teaching 3rd grade! I cannot wait to get to know each and every one of my students and their families. I believe that students learn best when they feel safe, valued, supported, and excited to come to school each day. My goal is to create a classroom where every student knows that they belong, their ideas matter and they are capable of learning and growing!

I am from: Byron, Minnesota
I graduated from: UW-Eau Claire in December of 2025 with a degree in Elementary-Middle Education.
Outside of school: I coach volleyball and love being involved in sports!
Fun fact: I come from a family of all teachers so teaching has always been a big part of my life!
I love: Coffee, shopping, traveling, spending time with family & friends, and anything colorful!
My favorite part of teaching: Getting to know my students and watch them learn, grow, and become more confident!

I am available before and after school with questions, updates, or concerns throughout the school year.
Before School: 7:30-8:00am (Wednesday Late Starts will affect these hours)
After School: 3:00pm-3:15pm (Volleyball games may affect these hours)
Thank you for letting me be apart of your third graders year! I cannot wait to meet everyone, learn new things, and have so much fun in third grade!
