Hannah Pries: Special Education Teacher Grades 6-9
Class overview
In my skills class, I work with students on their individual goals and support their growth in academic skills by practicing the team determined areas of needs through their IEPs. During my co-taught classes, I support students in the general education setting by working with the teachers of that class to implement a variety of strategies to support their needs.
About me
This is my third year at Dover-Eyota Public Schools. I have been teaching special education for 12 years. I enjoy helping students to see their full potential no matter what level they are at in their lives.
I have two children, Evelyn and Iris, and we live on a farm north of town where my husband works with crops, cattle, and pigs. Our pets include a dog, cat, and chickens! In my free time, I enjoy gardening, reading, spending time outside with my kids, and traveling!
