Dover-Eyota Athletics

Welcome to Dover-Eyota's Athletics Page!

Greetings! My name is John Ostrowski and I am starting my 20th year here at DEHS. We are very proud of our athletic teams. Over the years our school has made state team tournament appearances in cross country, dance, girls soccer, football, boys basketball, baseball, softball and winning the state championship in girls basketball in 2016. We also have three separate relay state champions and 11 individual wrestling champions.

We are also honored to be a part of the 13 schools that make up the Three Rivers Conference. Our conference is one of the most competitive in the state with our teams representing this area very well in MSHSL tournament competition.

Our coaches are experienced, dedicated and encourage the development of our players as hard workers, team players and respectful people. They understand that winning is a huge part of competitive athletics, but they also believe in the values that participation in extracurricular activities fosters-mental toughness, accountability, responsibility, cooperation/togetherness, perseverance and discipline to name a few.

Thank you for your support of our student athletes and hope to see you at a sporting event in the near future. Eagle Power!!

  • All incoming seventh graders planning to participate in athletics, and most athletes entering their sophomore year, will need a physical.
  • The Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Form requires a signature by the medical provider completing the physical.
