The title of Field Commander is an honor, privilege, and most importantly, a responsibility. The drum major conducts and leads the ensemble throughout the season in practice and performance. Additionally, the Field Commander learns all of the music and drill, and helps to reinforce these at band camp and throughout the season. The drum major is an ambassador of the band, and should demonstrate exemplary ability, service, and attitude.

Candidates for section leadership positions should display exemplary ability, service, and attitude as they are a role model for their section, as well as a collaborator with other section leaders. A section leader is responsible for administrative responsibilities, such as attendance, meetings, and oversight. A section leader will also help to guide their section in musical ability, as well as guide and check off students in memorization of their music, learning drill, and bring the energy!

The librarians of the band are crucial to the organization of the marching band music. Librarians help to copy and distribute show music, drill, and stand tunes. Librarians should have an aptitude for organization to keep the library system efficient.

The Uniform Managers of the band are crucial to the organization of the student uniforms. Uniform Managers help to fit and assign uniforms at the start of the season and maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the season. Uniform Managers ensure that all students are prepped and ready for game day!

The Band President is a student elected by their peers who can act as a face of the band. The President assists in the chain of commander and provides help to the field commander and directors while also assisting squad leaders, students, and peers. At assemblies, the President will be one of the students representing the Pride of the Stallions.

At Least One Season's Experience
The Band Vice President is a student elected by their peers who directly assists the President and can stand in their place in case of an absence. The Vice President assists in the chain of commander and provides help to the President, field commander and directors while also assisting squad leaders, students, and peers. At assemblies, the Vice President will be one of the students representing the Pride of the Stallions.

A Junior or Senior of the Upcoming Season
At Least One Season's Experience
One student will be elected by their peers as a representative of their class (freshman-senior year). Class Representatives will act as a leadership role to occasionally speak on behalf of their class and assist in any duties that may arise. The representatives will act as Historians and take pictures throughout the season to send to the directors, they will carry the podium to and from rehearsals/performances, and they will assist in cleaning the band room at the end of the day.
