We started by focusing on what high quality instruction (HQI) looks like in Derby Public Schools. Through a series of different learning experiences and resources, we have a group of teachers who worked on developing our vision for HQI. This is ongoing work.

Now we are buildig on that to create meaningful learning experiences (MLE). For learning to meaningful, it needs to matter, be relevant and for you to be able to see yourself in the learning.
