Think of this class as a roadmap for your future self. This site is designed for middle school students and parents to explore the exciting world of career possibilities. Here, you'll find our 18-week pacing guide, interactive career cluster breakdowns, and resources to help build your official Arkansas Student Success Plan (SSP).

Course Description: Career Development is a one semester course for grade 7 focused on college and career readiness. Students explore career pathways, employment trends, and success-ready standards while aligning their personal interests and aptitudes with the world of work.
