Practice for the 2026 season will start on August 24th.  Meet in the courtyard at 3:20 pm.  Coach Dernbach or Coach Cody will let you in and we will have brief team meeting in room 702.

Be sure to sign up for Cross Country by clicking HERE.  This gets your name on the official roster. NOTE:  If you already signed up using the form on the middle school website, you are all set!

Contact student services to check on the status of your forms.  No current physical on file means you cannot practice.    

Uniform hand out will be Tuesday, September 9th!
