The school program was designed in accordance with the school’s registered members and its available resources. It follows the time allotment for each subject, the required number of students in the classroom which is 45 -55 , and the number of loads allowable to teachers as prescribed by the Department of Education. It also has its educational partners/stakeholders where its outgoing Grade Eleven students would continue their complete secondary course aside from the available Public Institutions that offers the Senior High School Program.
Reading Program of the English and Filipino Department are also being held depending on the schedule of the reading teacher. It should always be done opposite the students’ regular academic session. In order to reach out on the needs of the students with academic difficulties, Remedial classes or Intervention Program for different learning areas is also facilitated by different teachers from each department particularly the Master Teachers. Other departments like the Mathematics Department also give special remedial and enhancement classes such as MTAP.
Continuous Improvement Program or CIP is one of the most relevant programs of the school. As the title implies, it is a program that does not end but is rather continuously being improved. This program identifies important school needs or a school problem. The CIP team engage themselves in analyzing and planning for its solution. The best solution will then be piloted to a small scale group and to be done only within three to four months. If the solution succeeds, then it will be rolled out to bigger respondents. Project D’TARP ( Drop-Out,Tardiness Awareness and Reduction Program) , the school’s CI Program aiming to reduce the incidence of tardiness among students and eventually leading to lower drop – out rate of students is continuously being implemented.
