From the traditional utilization of the school library, wherein the learners and teachers physically visit the onsite library during school hours to check on additional reference materials when they study, comes the e-library. Aside from the physical site where the computers, gadgets, and internet connection are in place, it provides round the clock, remote access to up to date digitized audio, video, and written materials: from free copies of books, journals, theses, and dissertation to high demand or restricted digital materials for multiple concurrent users quickly and easily via the internet.
Parañaque National High School - Main intends to convert its current computer laboratory into a state of the art on-site e-library with laptop and tablet computers, LED Monitors, internet connectivity where multiple users can simultaneously access online resources comfortably. Aside from the on-site e-library, online resources will allow users to access digitized materials on demand round the clock.
With the current leadership of Sir Gerry A. Lumaban, as the dynamic and proactive school head of Parañaque National High School - Main, with the help of the PNHS-Main library team: Assistants to the Principal, department heads, e-library coordinator, librarians, physical facilities coordinator, property custodian, BAC office, non-teaching personnel, the ICT team, other stakeholders, and the whole gentle warriors community, we will ensure that this vision will become a reality.
