The Schools Division of Parañaque E-Library is designed to provide greater access to teaching and learning resources without the need of a physical library.

Apart from the Region and Division Learning Portal, which displays locally developed learning resource, the E-Library is built with a collection of fiction and non-fiction resources for instructional, research and leisure purposes.
