Water is essential not only for drinking but also for toilets. A water system is required to power the daily operations of eight comfort rooms in Talimundok Elementary School's new building.
In response to the recent SBM evaluation, the coordinating SBM team, in collaboration with the Talimundok SPTA, expressed the need for a sewerage system for the new Talimundok ES building, with the goal of making it easier for both teachers and students to maintain the cleanliness and toilet functions of the new building's comfort rooms.
As an external stakeholder, the barangay office actively participated in the implementation of proposed or initiated projects by assisting the school in obtaining funds to carry out the project. Derrick Llanos Dee, our barangay captain, sponsored the installation of the said sewerage system as his initiative project under the banner of DEEkalidad na proyekto. During the meeting, it was agreed that the barangay office would receive a second inspection and a final draft of the project. Task delegation was emphasized. As funds became available, the project was pushed forward. On designated days, the Teachers Club and SPTA took charge of the laborers and monitored the project. The release of funds and the laborers were handled by the barangay. The project was named DEEkalidad because it was initiated by its office, and it will be adopted by the school for SBM.
Both teachers and students were overjoyed when they saw the first drop of water at their toilet sinks. The parents were also grateful for the project, which made their children feel more at ease using the restroom.

Working hand in hand is a good value that each one should possess in order to grow because a principal learns from the teacher and a teacher learns from the school principal. To face and move forward with school improvement, we must do our best work with stakeholders.
The Department has a policy of sending school leaders to other locations to share their knowledge, talents, and skills in order to help learners prepare for a brighter future.
School feeding programs are beneficial to school-age children's physical, mental, and psychosocial development. Attending classes hungry has a negative impact on children's ability to learn, thrive, and reach their full potential. School feeding programs are interventions that provide nutritious foods to children who attend school on a regular basis.
The feeding program at Talimundok Elementary School was implemented on October 27, 2022, to develop and enhance learners' performance and abilities and prevent any kind of disease or illness that malnourished children encounter. As a teacher, in order to intensify health and nutrition among students as per the plan of the canteen coordinator and its own funds in running a targeted supplementary feeding program for kindergarten to grade 4 learners who are participating in face-to-face classes in this school, we have to discuss the importance of eating the right kind of food and drinking eight glasses of water to become healthy and active in doing work. The feeding program is very important, especially for those students who are malnourished and cannot afford to buy the food in the canteen. It can give them benefits to enhance their growth and development as well as their progress in learning. It is our responsibility as teachers to guide and teach our students about a healthy lifestyle and proper hygiene.
