INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY UNIT
Provide technical support to the Division Management (SDS) in managing ICT solutions and services for governance and education, in the implementation of programs and projects that meets strategic goals and objectives, and provide technical assistance to schools and learning centers in the integration of ICT in teaching-learning in accordance with set policies, standards and methodologies for ICT development and use.

User Account Management for Centrally Managed Systems
Creation, deletion and renaming of user accounts, and resetting of passwords for theregular SDO proper and field personnel. This includes, but not limited to unless specified in different service, the DepEd Google for Education Accounts, DepEd Partnerships Database System, etc.
Troubleshooting of ICT Equipment
Evaluation, Assessment and Troubleshooting of government-procured ICT Equipment of SDO.
Uploading of Publications
This describes the procedures in the uploading of publications on the official website and Workplace group account.
