MISSION
To promote reading interest growth and creativity by developing programs and tools, facilitating access to information resources, teaching the significant means of information resources in positive study habits.
VISION
Students of PNHS graduating with basic experience in library utilization and with confidence in accessing and navigating available resources to support their study needs.
OBJECTIVES
To provide basic knowledge and experience in library and information relevant to improving and reinforcing skills in reading, researching and studying
To utilize available resources to improve the delivery of services and functions
To promote library information services and resources to faculty, students and staff
To cooperate with the initiatives of SDO LRMS in providing aid to school learning facilities in targeting the standardized functions of public school libraries as integral and significant learning space of the school
To encourage students to read and develop their reading skills and habit
To apply improvements following the capacitating and roll-outs of SDO LRMS
