Tuguegarao Northeast Central School is located along Maharlika Highway Tanza, Tuguegarao City, with diverse dialects/language because of the number of transients in the place. The school is about 1.5 km away from the poblacion and about the same distance to the City Division office. Adjacent to the school are the popular food places: Jollibee, McDo, Chowking and the huge Robinson’s Mall. Also, different business establishments are around the community like hardware, panciteria, bus stations, store of motor spare parts and others. The nearest public elementary school is about 1 km away. Tricycle is the common mode of transportation used in the city. Furthermore, most of the population is professionals and self-employed making the community above poverty level as to economic status.
