About the Cover

White water rafting is one of the tourist attractions of Cagayan de Oro City. The cover features the rafters who managed to paddle through the strong current from start to finish. The experience is exhilarating, breathtaking, and nerve-wracking but each rapid survived brings a great feeling of achievement and tremendous joy.

Like the rafters, researchers too have rapids to cross such as fear, doubts, challenges, and uncertainties. When carefully analyzed, the causes and effects of some phenomena and conditions are revealed bringing forth the beginning of initiatives, interventions, and actions that address the gap. Every gap closed is a source of delightful fulfillment on the part of the researchers.
