In 2006, Sir Benjo helped form the Teachers' Dignity Coalition (TDC) together with some 80 young teachers from Metro Manila, CALABARZON, and Central Luzon. From its modest beginnings, the TDC has grown into a powerful national voice for teachers’ rights and welfare. His dedication to advocacy has earned him recognition from numerous institutions and organizations, including the Philippine Normal University, which bestowed upon him the PNU Eminent Alumni Award, its highest alumni honor. He currently teaches Malikhaing Pagsulat and Araling Panlipunan.

For more than three decades in public education, Ma'am Gie has dedicated her life to serving both learners and fellow educators with commitment, integrity, and compassion. From 1995 to 2000, while serving as a teacher in one of the biggest central schools, she was elected Faculty President, where she became known as a strong and fearless advocate for teachers’ welfare, professional dignity, and rights.
As a Special Science Teacher and FL class adviser, she consistently demonstrated excellence in instruction, leadership, and mentorship. Her years in the classroom shaped her into a seasoned educator who understood not only the needs of students, but also the struggles and aspirations of teachers.
Before becoming a school head, she earned the respect of her colleagues through dedicated service, fairness, and unwavering support for the teaching profession. She stood as a defender of teachers’ rights, promoting unity, professionalism, and the welfare of educators while ensuring quality education for every learner.
She has also been awarded as Division /Regional Outstanding Teacher and later on, a principal. Today, she serves as adviser of TDC Borongan; her leadership continues to reflect the values she upheld as a teacher — service, courage, and advocacy for the teaching community.

Jim Lester P. Beleno, LPT, PhD (cand.), is a Visiting Professor at the University of Perpetual Help System and currently serves as a junior high school Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao teacher. He is also the Vice-President of the Teachers’ Dignity Coalition National Capital Region Union (TDC-NCRTU). A Doctorandus in Philosophy at the Ateneo de Manila University, he earned both his Master of Arts in Philosophy and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with Latin honors, graduating Cum Laude in both degrees and serving as Class Valedictorian in his undergraduate studies.
Sir Jim Lester is a four-time Outstanding Teacher Awardee and has actively participated in national and international philosophical conferences and publications. His scholarly work focuses on aesthetics, ethics, education, and politics, with his recent publication titled Towards an Ethical Education: Addressing Ethical Bankruptcy in Economic Prosperity published in the Philosophia: International Journal of Philosophy in 2025. Sir Ryan is one of the active teacher-leaders of the Teachers Dignity Coalition from the City of Muntinlupa. He is known for being direct and sharp in expressing his thoughts and feelings on issues related to teachers’ rights and welfare. On many occasions, he has stood up and faced the department leadership and other agencies, always sharing his independent views, which are heard and considered, especially when he personally speaks out. He is known for being brave and never backing down from challenges, especially in legal matters, where he firmly stands his ground even bringing the fight for teachers’ rights to the courts.

Sir Arnel, popularly known as Maestro Nel Adtoon, is an educator tecahing Grade 5 and 6, a distinguished journalist, media personality, and law student based in the Bicol Region. He serves as a columnist for Bicol Net TV, where he authors the column "Simpleng Duon," often providing critical analysis and news reporting in both Tagalog and the Bicol Central dialect. His professional work is characterized by a deep focus on the Bicol region’s infrastructure, education policy, and legislative frameworks, Sir Arnel is recognized as an influential figure within the Albay community and maintains an active role in monitoring regional education concerns particularly those concerning the legalities of local disaster risk reduction and management.

Born into a humble family in Narra, Palawan, he worked his way through college as a laborer, municipal employee, and working student while pursuing his studies. Despite financial hardships and being the only one among ten siblings to finish college, he earned degrees in History and Elementary Education with honors and later completed graduate studies in educational leadership and management. Throughout his career, he served both in secondary and tertiary education as a teacher and instructor before rising through the ranks of school leadership.
Dr. Noli has held numerous administrative positions in both elementary and secondary schools across Palawan and now serves as the school head of Narra Integrated School, overseeing its elementary, junior high school, and senior high school programs. Beyond the academe, he has remained active in socio-civic and professional organizations, including leadership roles in Rotary, school heads’ associations, parents-teachers councils, and teachers’ advocacy groups.
