Biñan City Science and Technology High School (BCSTHS) is a public secondary institution established through the collaboration of the local government and the Department of Education, Schools Division of Biñan. It is dedicated to providing quality education for students with a passion for science and technology, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for innovation and academic excellence.
STEM COMPASS is the brainchild of three dedicated faculty members of Biñan City Science and Technology High School (BSCTHS) who envisioned a structured career guidance program to support students navigating their career paths. Before the S.Y. 2023-2024 ended, they recognized the need for a specialized program tailored to students still uncertain about their STEM career track.
Together, their research aims to assess, refine, and enhance STEM COMPASS, ensuring it effectively supports BSCTHS students in making informed decisions about their future in STEM.
