SSLG Online Elections 2025 – Voting Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and fair election process, please follow these guidelines carefully:

📍 How to Vote

1️⃣ Click the "VOTE NOW" button below to access the election form.
2️⃣ Only DepEd email accounts are allowed to access the form. For this election, teachers' emails will be used for authentication.
3️⃣ In the form, first answer the ‘Grade’ and ‘Section’ fields. The form will automatically proceed to the next section once completed.

🗳️ Voting Instructions

🔹 Position Limits:

• Vote for only one (1) candidate for the following positions:

  • President

  • Vice President

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Auditor

  • Public Information Officer (PIO)

  • Protocol Officer

  • Grade Level Representatives

• For Senators, you may vote for at least one (1) and up to a maximum of twelve (12) candidates.

🔹 Optional Voting:

• If you choose not to vote for a specific position, select the ‘NONE’ option in the form.

🔹 Candidate Reference:

• If you forget a candidate’s name, you may refer to the list of candidates on the homepage before finalizing your votes.

🔹 Final Review & Submission:

• Double-check your choices before submitting the form, as votes are final once cast.

📍 After Voting

✔️ Proceed to the front desk to sign the election tracker.
✔️ Have your left pointer finger inked as proof of voting.
✔️ Exit the voting precinct quietly.
