JOB INTERVIEW
Objectives:
The purpose of a job interview activity is to simulate a real-life job interview scenario in a controlled setting. This activity serves several important purposes:
Skill Development: Job interview activities provide an opportunity for individuals to develop and improve their interview skills. Through practice and feedback, participants can enhance their ability to articulate their qualifications, respond to questions confidently, and present themselves effectively.
Preparation: Participating in a job interview activity helps individuals prepare for actual job interviews. It allows them to become familiar with common interview questions, learn how to structure their responses, and refine their communication techniques.
Confidence Building: Engaging in mock interviews can boost participants' confidence by giving them a chance to practice in a low-stakes environment. As they gain experience and receive feedback, they become more comfortable and self-assured when facing real interviews.
