Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to providing a holistic education that empowers students to reach their full potential and become responsible citizens of the world.
Salinap Village High School as it is called before. It was established in the year 1967.After few years, it was named Salinap Barangay High School under the supervision and management by the School Head of Salinap Elementary School.
In 1988 all barangay high schools were nationalized under President Corazon C. Aquino so the school it became Salinap National High School. From that time, the school was supervised and managed by an Officer–in-charge, Mrs. Demetria R. Munda Cruz.
In the year 1993, she was appointed as Principal I until 2010. After the administration of Mrs. Munda Cruz, Mr. Alvaro G. Aquino is the next administrator in this school for a period of 1year SY 2010-2011 due to his retirement period. Mrs. Jesamynne A. Diokno was assigned as the principal of this school for almost three (3) years that was on SY 2012-2013 up to SY 2014-2015 followed by the Head Teacher III, Maribel D. Salvador as OIC, Principal I on SY 2015-2016 up to SY 2016-2017. In 2017, the newly hired principal I is Mrs. Evangeline P. Liwanag, the former personnel of this school and became a principal for she passed the Principal Examination. Mrs. Liwanag was transferred to other school. Mrs. Rica C. Macam, served as Principal II from the time Mrs. Liwanag was transfered from 2018-2021. After Mrs. Macam was promoted, Dr. Rogelio P. De Guzman, the PSDS of District V-B was the Officer-in-Charge. Then another change of administration happen when there was a reshuffling in the divison of San Carlos City where Dr. Leny P. Agamao take charge in the school in 2022-2023. Recently, there came another reshuffling in the division where Dr. Jeanie T. Verceles was assigned as the new and present principal of the school.
