Informing the names listed to submit the required documents for LGU SCHOLARSHIP evaluation and assessment.

The documents should be submitted at the office of the Planning and Development Coordinator not later than September 20, 2022 in original and photocopy:

(1) Diploma

(2) Cert. of Residency

(3) MSWDO Cert. of Indigency

(4) Report Card

(5) Voter's Affidavit

(6) Vaccination Card

Qualified students will be informed later on the schedule of written competitive examination.
