In accordance with Department Order (DO) no. 47 s, 2014 titled "Constitution and By-Laws of the Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government in Elementary and Secondary Schools," the Department of Education (DepEd) recognizes that the Student Government Program (SCP), through the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG), is the foremost cocurricular learner-led organization authorized to operate and implement pertinent programs, projects, and activities in all schools nationwide.

To ensure consistency pursuant to DepEd Order No. 21, s. 2019, the SGP shall be named as Learner Government Program (LGP), while SPG and SSG will be known as the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) and Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), respectively.

YES-O

The YES-O was established through the Department Order No. 72, s. 2003 signed by DepEd Secretary Edilberto C. De Jesus.

The YES-O is a school-based co-curricular organization which served as a significant venue for students’ actions and movements toward safeguarding, promoting, and conserving the environment for future generations.

The YES-O is the only recognized co-curricular environment club or organization in the school and consolidates all other environmental and/or ecology clubs or organizations in school with main and primary programs or projects for the environment or ecology in the said organization.

Red Cross Youth

The Red Cross Youth is one of the six major services of the Philippine Red Cross. Its mission is to educate and empower the children and youth in the spirit of Red Cross through constructive training and effective leadership, and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities.

ESP Club

ESP (Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao or Education for Life) Club aims to promote values and character development among students through various activities and programs. Key guidelines include establishing clear objectives, planning engaging activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring active student participation. The club should also align its initiatives with the school's overall goals for character education and values formation.

MAPEH Club

The MAPEH Club of San Miguel National High SchoolThe MAPEH Club is a school organization focused on Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health (MAPEH). It aims to develop students' skills and talents in these areas through various activities and events. The club provides a platform for students to express themselves creatively, stay physically active, and learn about health and wellness.

Prism

A school's official publication is a media outlet, like a newspaper or yearbook, created by students to communicate school news and information. These publications serve as a platform for students to express themselves, develop journalistic skills, and foster communication between the school and its community.

Haraya

Ang opisyal na publikasyon ng isang paaralan, na kadalasang tinatawag na pahayagang pangkampus, ay isang pahayagan o magazine na isinusulat at inilalathala ng mga mag-aaral sa paaralan. Ito ay nagsisilbing plataporma para sa mga mag-aaral na magpahayag ng kanilang mga ideya, opinyon, at impormasyon tungkol sa buhay sa paaralan at sa komunidad. Ang layunin nito ay magbigay ng boses sa mga estudyante, itaguyod ang malikhaing pag-iisip, at palakasin ang ugnayan sa pagitan ng paaralan at ng mga estudyante nito.

The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) program empowers young people to lead the way in building healthier, safer, and more resilient communities. Through peer-to-peer education, awareness, and advocacy, BKD inspires the youth to take charge of their well-being and be champions of positive transformation.
