The SJC-AP DigiHub was established as a centralized digital repository of learning resources, instructional materials, assessment tools, multimedia content, and professional development resources for Araling Panlipunan teachers and learners in the Schools Division Office of San Juan City. 

The hub aims to facilitate the effective implementation of the Araling Panlipunan curriculum by providing teachers with easy access to curriculum-aligned instructional materials, contextualized resources, and innovative teaching strategies that can enrich classroom instruction and enhance learner engagement. It also serves as a platform where learners can access supplementary materials that promote historical literacy, cultural awareness, critical thinking, civic responsibility, and appreciation of local and national heritage.

Furthermore, the SJC-AP DigiHub promotes collaboration among educators by providing a venue for the sharing of best practices, research outputs, instructional innovations, and professional learning resources. Through the integration of digital technologies, the hub seeks to strengthen instructional delivery, support continuous professional growth, and foster a culture of resource sharing and lifelong learning among Araling Panlipunan educators.
