History of San Isidro Primary School

San Isidro Primary is one of the poorest barangay of Buguey because most of the people are engaged of fishing and farming. San Isidro Primary School Annex had started its operation in the year 2004 with a Special Education Fund(SEF) teacher assigned to teach Grade 1 & 2 classes. The following school year (2005-2006) the school was provided one permanent teacher as an additional to the SEF teacher. The permanent teacher handled Grade 1 and the SEF teacher handled Grade 2. For the school year 2006-2007 there’s only one teacher in this school, the permanent teacher. The SEF teacher was assigned to another school. For the last 8 years there is only one male teacher handled Grades 1 & 2 and as of this time, there is only one female teacher handling Grades 1 and 2 respectively.

San Isidro Primary School now, keep on improving its physical facilities through the help of the DEPED due to MOOE and the help of the civic spirited persons with golden heart who is always willing to share their blessings to the school premises as well as the learner’s needs.

San Isidro Primary School Annex is located near the coastline and is situated along the highway of San Isidro Buguey, Cagayan and around 2.5 km. from the poblacion where the District Office is located and around 112.5 kms. from the Division Office at Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City. Most of the pupils households are near the school, the farthest can have 30 meters to walk to reach the school. The school is free from any activities that hinder the studies of the pupils. No crimes committed against the school, teacher or pupils. The school enclosing it by a concrete parameter fence with safety gate.
