Siaton III District is one of the 34 School Districts that make up the Division of Negros Oriental. She serves the local people of the Southwest barangays of the Municipality of Siaton from barangay Apoloy, (Nasipit) Cabangahan, Caticugan, Maloh, Mantuyop, Salag and Sandulot.

Located inside Maloh Central School grounds, Barangay Maloh, Siaton, Negros Oriental.
