SHINES Award 2024

Employees not only want good pay and benefits; they also want to be treated fairly, to make a substantial contribution to the organization through their work, and to be valued and appreciated for their efforts.

In consonance to Regional Memorandum No. 1099 s.2022 and Division Memo 716 s. 2022 GARBO sa DepEd 2022. San Antonio Integrated School will conduct a SHINES AWARD 2024 cum Project SAISMILE Launching. This recognition is given to empoyees for their exemplary behavior and outstanding performance, extraordinary acts and services in the public interest and other personal efforts which contribute to the efficiency, economy and the improvement of delivery of basic education services which lead to organizational productivity.

SHINES Award not only recognizes the importance of employees but also the contributions that stakeholders make. Their efforts in improving the school and its performance for learners' success is undeniable. Thus, it is imperative that they must be given due recognition.        

 This recognition aims to:

1.    To increase employees' motivation and give appreciation of service rendered.

2.    Encourage friendly competition and improve productivity.

3.    Boost employee retention and create positive workplace.

4.    Recognize stakeholders' contribution.
