MESSAGE

Our school has been known for its image as a friendly and lively community whose primary concern is the welfare of all its students. We have a high-regard for the authentic learning opportunities that will inspire the learners to develop creativity, confidence and resilience to become independent and efficient life-long learners.

I am very proud to be the principal of this wonderful school. It is truly a privilege for me to work with the teachers, students, staff and parents in making this school the best that it can be. My goal is to lead our school community towards achieving our common goals- to create a safe, conducive and challenging environment that is built on positive relationships; to develop the full potential of our learners; to make them globally competitive; and to provide limitless and quality basic education to our learners despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 pandemic.

For the past two school years, most of our preparations and relative endeavors are done virtually, but more extra special efforts have been exerted to accomplish extraordinary tasks.

Challenges met in the previous school year made everyone stronger and more resilient to whatever disastrous event comes our way whether it involves us personally, our family and the school community entrusted to us.

Standards for learning are becoming higher each year especially now that we just started another historic and “pandemically challenged" academic year.

It is at this point that school heads’ ingenuity is squeezed. The SY 2020-2021 learnings made us realize that the ultimate weapon to combat and succeed in attesting to the SDO Valenzuela’s mantra: Anuman ang Sitwasyon, Tuloy ang Edukasyon is to embrace these challenges with enthusiasm.

The cooperation and dedication of the Siterian community are considered the scaffolding to hurdle the difficulties in the delivery of our genuine education service to our learners. Their selfless sharing of their time, effort and expertise not only to their premiere task of teaching but even to their add-ons. The embedded culture of explicitly performing one’s responsibility with excellence is the school’s key to successfully implement our plans that started at Point Zero and is always ready even up to infinity if the need arises. That’s the tailored flexibility taught to us by this current situation.

All of the school initiatives are anchored to the SFMNHS’ FORMULA which stands for Fostering Outstanding and Reliable Means of providing Unprecedented and Limitless Access to quality education relative to the Division’s Learning Model. One of these is the creation of SFMNHS’ Learning Resources Portal which aims to provide a technical basis for assessing, acquiring, adapting, developing, producing and distributing quality learning and teaching resource materials for students and instructional support materials for teachers.

Through this, we will ensure that no Siterian learner is left behind since our learners are the sole beneficiaries of an effective school.
