The Project SDO Bulacan HEARS (Hotline for Enquiries, Actions, Resolutions and Services) Action Center shall provide the following services:
a. Text Messaging Service
β’ To document relevant text messages received.
β’ To reply/respond to text messages received.
β’ To refer complaints/cases that need immediate investigation.
b. Public Assistance and Hotline
β’ To attend to legitimate callers with queries, complaints, problems, request, and other concerns related to teaching
and other DepEd matters;
β’ To provide immediate and appropriate actions/solutions to relevant issues/concerns received from bonafide/legitimate callers.

The objective of this page is to provide all stakeholders with official communication from the Schools Division of Bulacan by providing a feedback mechanism, which will foster a transparent and open line of communication within the division. All data collected will be treated with utmost confidentiality as per Data Privacy Law and will accept messages from legitimate stakeholders but will give priority to those with identifying information.
