PDIS is the Information System of NEAP-Central Office designed for DepEd employee for Training Authorization, Training Recognition, Individual Development (PD credit units), Learning Management System, Learning Resources, Facility Management, Monitoring and Evaluation

1. Are you a NEAP SIM recipient?

Check if your name is in list under the Status List of PDIS Profile Update

a. if YES, read the procedure on How to Reset PDIS Account
b. check your DepEd email and follow the procedure on how to Reset and set a new Password
c. once logged, update all necessary data on your profile.
d. incase the Reset procedure is not successful, contact ICT Unit immediately for assistance

2. How About a NON-Recipient of NEAP SIM?

NOTE:
1. NONE NEAP SIM RECIPIENT MAY REGISTER HOWEVER LESS PRIORITY IS GIVEN UNTIL ALL NEAP SIM RECIPIENT HAVE THEIR PDIS PROGILE UPDATES.
2. For a NONE-NEAP SIM recipient can purchase any suitable SIM for them and have it reimbursed to our Finance Section. What to reimburse? the SIM and the initial load amounting to ₱ 50.00. SMART line is prioritized at the moment however GLOBE and other SIM line will follow suit.

3. For NON-NEAP SIM recipient, YES they too can Register to PDIS however must follow the steps
a. register SIM at https://www.deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html
b. email all necessary details to neap.registrar@deped.gov.ph
c. What are the contents of every applicants Details to be emailed?
- Complete Name and Emp ID
- School ID and School Name assigned
- the SIM details (photos/scanned)
d. Make sure that your SIM card is registered and have updated their PDIS before claiming for reimbursement form the Finance Section.

3. Incase of Lost/Stolen/Retired/Transferred NEAP SIM?

  1. for LOST/STOLEN
    - request an affidavit of loss from any PAU offices
    - retrieve the NEAP SIM Case. Incase it was thrown-out then the Certification list given by our Asset Management Section will suffice
    - GO to any SMART Marketing store and retrieve your NEAP SIM number via a replacement from SMART

  2. for Retired/Resigned Owner
    - email to neap.registrar@deped.gov.ph the following:
    a. certification of retirement of the NEAP SIM Owner
    b. the details of the next in line to re-use the NEAP SIM
    c. wait for NEAP Actions via your deped email

  3. for Transferred Employee to another Station
    - NO Need to return the issued NEAP SIM but instead carry to the next school where you are transferred to, however update your PDIS profile on your school station

4. What to do if NEAP SIM recipient has retired/resigned or can't use due to NO signal?

  1. RETURN to the Asset Management Section Office accompanied with a letter from the School Head addressed to our SDS through that office. Incite in the letter the reason(s) as to why the NEAP SIM is being returned.
