NOTE: Issuance of MS O365 is automatically requested once a DepEd Email is created and issued to the recipient, else this page will cater employee who has yet to be issued their MS O365 Accounts and/or did complete their registration procedures hence will request for a reset request.

I'm a permanent DepEd Employee but NO MS O365 Account was issued to me.

  1. To confirm, log to office.com

  2. MS O365 account is formatted as follows:

    • School personnel: firstname.lastname@car.deped.gov.ph

    • SDO personnel: same as their DepEd email

  3. if entered MS O365 account is not recognized, then apply here

I forgot my MS O365 Account Password

  1. Let's try self-service Reset first, sign-in to office.com

  2. Enter MS O365 account then click next

  3. click "Forget my Password"

  4. follow the instructions and proceed in setting a new Password for your MS O365 Account

  5. else, upon clicking Forget my Password and returns a message to contact your Administrator, apply for RESET here

NOTE: follow the instructions in registering your MS O365 account once the Reset is received.
