Strategic Alignment and Resource Optimization Workshop (SAROW)

SAROW-Schools was built to change how the Division plans — to make the Work and Financial Plan a decision about learners, not a document to submit. Over three days, 176 school heads in 32 Learning Teams carried one case school from situational analysis to a costed and measurable plan. That was the practice. Each school head now applies the same process to their own FY 2027 Work and Financial Plan, for panel review and submission to the Division.
