Strategic Alignment and Resource Optimization Workshop

The Strategic Alignment and Resource Optimization (SARO) Workshop was conducted at the SDO Aurora Annex Conference Building in two phases: Phase I on March 24 and Phase II on April 15–17. The workshop brought together program owners to present their Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), ensuring alignment with the Division's strategic priorities and available resources. Through collaborative discussions and validation, the workshop aimed to optimize resource allocation, strengthen implementation plans, and enhance the effective delivery of programs and services.
