Chief, School Governance and Operations Division


The Chief of School Governance and Operations Division is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects related to the governance and operation of schools and learning centers. This includes submitting policy recommendations and plans for improving efficiency, reviewing and approving program and project proposals, managing partnerships with donors and educational partners, ensuring school compliance with quality standards, providing technical assistance, and managing the budget and personnel work assignments. 

The Chief is also responsible for submitting progress reports and conducting performance appraisals, as well as attending and conducting meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination within the division. The Chief's role is to cultivate a supportive environment for staff and continuously improve the division's structures and systems to achieve targets.
