History

Mr. Glenn Rivera is a cum laude graduate of BA Political Science at the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He worked at notable non-government organizations such as the Labor Education and Research Network (LEARN) and Plan International.

In 2011, he decided to start a new consultancy firm with an inclination to his passion to help his fellow Masbateños. The decision was a result of his spiritual reflections that brought him closer to God. His future dream is to help most, if not all, Masbateño youth attain decent education and land good jobs here or abroad. He hopes that by venturing into this consultancy business, he can achieve his dreams while at the same time improve his personality.

Who we are

RECESS is operated by Division Regents (DR). They govern their respective Divisions under the main leadership of Glenn Rivera, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President. Some DRs include Jessa M. Rivera for the Advertisement and Dissemination Services (ADS) Division, Shirlyn Sweet Joy Rivera (the Assistant Manager) for the Travel Organizing and Ultimate Relaxation (TOUR) Division, Bonnie Mark Rivera for the Photography, Reimaging and Optics (PRO) Division and Bon Eric Rivera for the Showbiz, Entertainment and Theater (SET) Division. The major consultants of the startup company are Dr. Bonnie Rivera (former RECESS President) and Mrs. Shirlyn Rivera (former Vice President).
