I am Arnold, Jr. A. Teorosio, an ALS Teacher in the Division of Davao del Norte. For almost seven years, I have dedicated my service to the Alternative Learning System, teaching not only in community learning centers but also inside correctional facilities to ensure that even Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) have access to education.
As a Person with Disability (PWD), I strongly advocate for inclusive education and believe that no learner should be left behind. Over the years, I have maintained a high passing rate in the Presentation Portfolio Assessment (PPA) and Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test, developed ALS and ALIVE learning materials, and introduced innovations such as ALS TangLaw and ALS TeachKit 360 to support both teachers and learners.
My vision is simple: to make learning accessible, meaningful, and empowering for all.
